Manufacturing method of stainless steel door cover

1. Specifications: Commonly used stainless steel grades are 201 and 304. These grades differ in composition. 304 is higher quality but more expensive, while 201 is less so, but still fully suitable for home use. Sheet thickness also varies; 0.6 mm thick is generally sufficient.

2. Surface Treatment: Surface treatments are available in two types: mirror finish and oil-film brushed finish. Mirror finish is recommended for small surfaces, while oil-film brushed finish is recommended for larger surfaces.

3. Door Frame Style: Stainless steel door frames currently come in two styles: one with a 45-degree angled vertical and horizontal edge, and the other with the vertical and horizontal edges installed vertically.

4. Foundation Construction: 9mm boards can be used as the inner lining of the door frame. If the craftsman is skilled, this step can be omitted and the wall can be leveled directly.

5. Measurement: The manufacturer will come to your home for measurements. For smaller homes, you will need to perform your own measurements, ensuring accuracy down to the millimeter.

6. Processing: Confirm the manufacturer, sign a contract, and perform the work to your on-site dimensions.

7. Installation: After factory processing, the manufacturer will come to your home for installation. Remove the white protective film within three months of completion.

8. Maintenance: Wipe with a dry cloth dipped in talcum powder. Never use corrosive or acidic or alkaline substances.
